The Pi2h package is envisaged to encourage the purchase of real estate by foreigners and one of the benefits which they will enjoy is the reimbursement of their MAS Pi2h’s package which includes air-tickets, accommodation and land transport.
Reimbursement by you as the vendor will only take place upon signing of the Sale & Purchase agreement and the necessary deposits paid. The reimbursement is based on a single transaction per reimbursement per purchaser.
Reimbursements
Any purchase of property by the prospective buyer will entitle them to a reimbursement of their PI2H package. The amount of reimbursement will be paid by the developer/ vendor and subject to certain terms and conditions as follows : -

| < RM500,000 | RM2,500 or the Pi2h package whichever is lower |
| RM500,001 to RM1,000,000 | RM5,000 or the Pi2h package whichever is lower |
| RM1,000,001 to RM2,000,000 | RM7,500 or the Pi2h package whichever is lower |
| RM2,000,001 and above | Maximum RM10,000 or the Pi2h package whichever is lower |
Note : All reimbursement will only be made upon signing of the Sale & Purchase Agreement and 10% of the purchase price is paid.
