PI2H, an acronym for property investment / 2nd home was conceptualized by both Henry Butcher Malaysia Penang (HBMP) and Malaysia Airlines (MAS) to create a strategy for growth for all Malaysian business stakeholders particularly in the real estate industry.
Vision
PI2H aspires to be the only premier property investment 1-Stop-Centre incorporating:-
- A holiday package
- A property tour
- A property investment facilitator for all foreigners interested in investing and considering a 2nd home in Malaysia.
- PI2H will assist foreign investors with the MM2H program – a Malaysian Government initiative.
Mission
Our mission thus is to promote Malaysia as the preferred destination hub for property investments and 2nd home.
This program complements and improves on the government’s vision to attract RM10 billion worth of property investments in Malaysia over a period of 5 years.
Participating partners
Only selected reputable developers will be invited to participate in the program.
A criteria taking into account both qualitative and quantitative factors shall be applied as part of the screening process by MAS and HBMP.
This will ensure that only developers with good corporate governance are involved in this program.

Under this program the participating potential buyers can expect a bundle of benefits including premier services throughout their stay in Malaysia, a systematic and informative program and perhaps interestingly, a free PI2H package upon buying a property.

For the participating developers, the program enables them to expose their product to the world on a cost effective basis and thus increase their sales and profits.

For the participating banks, the program enables them to expose their financial products especially loans to the world and increase their sales and profits.

For the participating MM2H agents, the program enables them to increase their sales and profits.

For the relevant professionals such as lawyers, accountants, tax consultants, property managers, real estate agents, the program enables them to expose their professional services to the world and increase their sales and profits.
To Malaysia
For the country this program will make Malaysia better known and more importantly bring foreign property investments to the country.
In the process Malaysia will then be able to take her place as one of the most preferred destinations for real estate investments and a 2nd home.
