1. Persons participating under this PI2H package has accepted the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will be read in line with the terms and conditions as imposed by Malaysia Airlines (MAS). The following Terms and Conditions are not exhaustive and may change from time to time at the absolute discretion of the promoters of this program.

2. Participating under PI2H program
Only authorized agents of MAS are entitled to issue tickets under this package. The list of agents can be obtained from the website of  MAS at www.malaysiaairlines.com, http://www.masholidayz.com  and www.pi2h.com.

3.  All transactions via HBM
When you participate under this program, you have agreed that all real estate transactions are required to go through Henry Butcher Malaysia (HBM) in order to enjoy the benefits under this program. Any reimbursement of the holiday package is subject to terms and conditions. You are advised to read the terms and conditions prior to participation.

4.  Notices
With your participation, you have consented to MAS and all its agents the absolute right to send a notice to HBM the details of your data together with the flight schedule immediately upon issuance of your tickets. Your tour itinerary is as per the MAS tour package.

5. Ground Tours
MAS will arrange the ground tour itinerary from the first day of your arrival to the date of your departure. Land transport will be provided by MAS throughout the duration of the tours except during the day you are on a free & easy period. A representative from HBM will accompany you during your property tours only.

6. Exclusion liabilities
By participating in this program, HBM or MAS does not provide any insurance protection for you or passengers traveling with you. You are advised to arrange your own traveling insurance protection as you would normally do when you travel. HBM, MAS or any of its agents will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise whatsoever or howsoever as a result of your participation in this program. You are requested to seek the necessary advice on this matter.  

HBM is not privy to any agreement or contract between MAS and you or with any of your passengers traveling with you as a result of your transactions with MAS under this package.

HBM and MAS will not be liable for any losses whatsoever that may incur as a result of any circumstances affecting the said participating partners under this program.

All participants of this program are advised to seek independent opinion on the background of the participating partners including property developers before making any financial decision.

7. Variances
All the above terms and conditions are subject to further amendments, additions and changes without notice.
